After surfing around the internet for information about quad skate wheels, I stumbled upon your site. I was amazed at the quality of the site, and the mass of information on it. I read everything and learned a lot, but was still unsure which wheels to order. I saw the toll free customer service phone number, and decided to call. I was very surprised at the patience, friendliness, and knowledge of the operator that answered. Extremely helpful! We decided on what would work for me, and I placed my order.
I was promised that the wheels would be delivered on Friday. I received confirmation emails of both the order and the shipping, and the wheels showed up at my house right on schedule. The operator told me I would have trouble getting the old bearings out of my old wheels, and even described the inside of them to a ‘T’. He was right, it was hard. I had to cut the old wheels in half, and found the metal insert that he had described. Opened that up and out the bearings came. He told me that I would not need a bearing press to get them into the new wheels, and he was right again. I followed his instructions, and they went right in. I probably would have messed everything up if it wasn’t for our conversation.
I went skating Sunday and had the best time ever. The wheels he suggested for me increased my skill level 10 fold. I was doing things I could never do before.
Thank you very much for everything. I will be recommending you highly to all that will listen.<br>
See you again!

Frank - just wanted you to know how happy and pleased I am with the skates. They're great! I think I could have went with a size 6, but the 5 is not uncomfortable. Been skating a lot and I think I'm starting a new trend in my neighborhood. The peeps think its very old school.
P.S. Anything special I need to do to keep bearings clean and running well?
Thanks again.
Linda
