Return and Exchange Policy

Our merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Please call us toll free 1-877-265-9099 or send an email to sales@NewSkates.com for a return authorization number. 

 Conditions

 Returned or exchanged merchandise cannot be used. All products showing any sign of wear cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Skates must be returned in its original box. The original box must be wrapped in shipping paper and the box should have no markings of any kind.  There is a 15% restocking fee if the box is not wrapped in paper or the box is marked.  The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.  NewSkates.com will be responsible for our mistakes and assume shipping charges.

Custom orders are not accepted for refund or exchanges.
