Please don't ship anything back to us without letting us know. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. There will be no restocking fee for exchanges!
RETURNS:

Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs and restocking fee of 20%.
All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging:
All special makeup/custom/non-stock/mounted items may be subject to a restocking fee for exchanges. Please contact us within 45 days after the receipt of the item for a return or exchange. Special/Non-stock/Custom orders and Clearance/Sale/Close-out items may not be returned for credit, but we will try help you with an exchange if at all possible. Exchanges for special makeup/non-stock/mounted items may be subject to a restocking fee.
